The role:
You’ll work in an Agile team of designers based in the UK, APAC and India - alongside engineers, business analysts, product managers and other senior leaders. You’ll be working with various squads across our large delivery team to generate ideas and ensure your high-quality designs translate into solutions that work for users.
Designing, testing and iterating: Applying UX design principles and creating prototypes to get quick feedback before iterating.
Full end-to-end: Working from start to finish, from discovery through to delivery and beyond.
Rather than sat next to one another across a desk, they’re a close-knit, light-hearted group of passionate designers and the team is made up of UX designers, UI designers, UI developers and not to forget the most important member of the team, our IM!
You:
- An advocate for the user, a passionate Designer with a focus on human-centred design and human outcomes
- 4 / 5 years’ experience in UX / UI
- You’re passionate about user-centred design and solving problems, it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning
- Figma is your jam
- Experience designing for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS product
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A demonstrable portfolio of relevant work
The process is simple – PeopleGenius are interviewing and longlisting. We will then provide the shortlist to the Client, who will conduct 2x Teams Interviews and a Technical review. We’re looking for the right person to join, ideally quickly.
Location – anywhere in the UK, our clients are a remote first organisation though there are bi-monthly team meetings which you’ll be expected to attend.
