How does this work?
- We take a detailed job brief with the hiring manager, and also the relevant team to gain understanding of the role
- Your business and the office culture are also discussed and explored to fine-tune the people we target
- All relevant stakeholders are detailed and contacted/met if necessary
- Market mapping and target identification
- From your brief we map your industry and any associated sectors that may contain potential candidates
- We then compare against the agreed competencies and experience required to undertake the role
- The long list is then submitted to the client for review – this is where you can discount and highlight certain people and gives total transparency
- We will then make several approaches to each professional and present them with your opportunity
- They will be telephone interviewed thoroughly and information updated on the long list with relevant notes
- Interest will be garnered and skills/personality assessed against the requirements of the position
- After submitting the final longlist, we will then start forming the short list by consulting with you, the client
- We will meet and interview our top contenders to further assess potential and fit based on competency and experience
- A shortlist of usually 3 to 6 candidates will then be submitted with full interview notes
- We are there throughout your interview process to feedback to the candidates and manage that process
- All candidates will be kept fully informed during the interview stages of feedback and next stages for transparency
- With some searches, we will actually attend the first interviews should you want our presence there as we are fully trained competency based interviewers
- Once all candidates are met, we then progress to the offer stage. You will have full details of the candidates current package and future requirements
- To reduce the chance of counter-offers, we make sure we are aware of the non-financial motivators
- We will then stay very close to the candidate during their notice period should any further issues/questions arise
