Digital Insight Analyst – Challenger Bank, London City
Challenger Bank, City Based, Belting location, bright colleagues and an awesome opportunity to be part of a really exciting project.
This role sits within the Strategy & Insight team who deliver a platform of information, actionable insight and audience definition to embed a data-first culture in Digital and deliver strategic direction to drive the business forwards. The primary focus of this secondment will be on delivering the self-serve MI suite and building out the core reporting all of our Digital stakeholders require to be able to do their jobs as we put sales journeys live again.
You’ll analyse web log, audience and operational data to measure, predict and understand how customers are using and will use the client’s digital offering.
Requirements:
- Must have strong Analytics skills in particular Digital Analytics
- Experience of WebTrends, Tealium, Double Click, Adobe Analytics or similar
- SAS Experience ideally – though coding experience in SQL will be looked at
- Ideally experience of working with TAG management solutions
- Must be from a strong Tech Background
- 2 years’ experience
- Data Driven
