Head of Collections – Startup Retail Bank – Blackfriars

Blackfriars based startup – with a twist. The parent company are a Foreign National Bank from the Americas with a great pedigree, likened to a UK Building Society.

We’re looking for a Head of Collections as one of the first bodies into the UK Credit team. You’ll develop and grow the Collections function of this Major startup and help shape the way the Bank develops it’s UK standing.

This opportunity is as Unique as it sounds. You’ll gain unrivalled exposure to some very Senior International figures and help shape the future of a Global Bank.

Requirements:

  • Must have 4-6 years plus Collections experience from a Retail / Consumer Credit Background
  • Operationally effective – a real Manager / Head of with excellent strategy experience and the ability to drive, motivate and develop a team
  • Campaign Management and Targeting experience
  • Be prepared to muck in, lead by example and be the Head of the Team
  • You’ll have experience of Secured OR Unsecured Credit Products – MUST
